Yet another late afternoon visit to the lakes produced 2 Mute Swans (1 new since my previous visit) and a singing Blackcap at Engine Pool. A dogwalker told me that there's a Coot brood of 5 at Windmill Pool (probably the same brood I saw earlier this month).
